A thief in my bedroom

Opportunity knocks sometimes.  I feed my dog in my bedroom, and the wild pigeons outside scuttle in when they think that no one is looking to nick some of the biscuits.  Here, thinks me, is another lesson in Macro, little realising that I was about to embark on a very interesting aerobics stretch session:
